I’m, Jose. I’ve always wanted to lose weight and keep it off. It’s not like I was in terrible shape, but I just could not get my body fat to where it should be. Luckily for me, some of my co-workers started talking about Keto.

So I started looking into the basics, and found some great resources online. Even though it’s like the dirty word in nutrition, Keto’s growth in popular culture has shined more light on the diet. The problem wasn’t finding websites talking about the macro ratios or all of the amazing health benefits.

It was finding something to help me make Keto an every meal lifestyle.

And Chris was having the same issues.

One of the most common rebuttals of the Ketogenic lifestyle is its supposed unsustainability due to “limited choices” when carbs are cut out, and it almost felt like those naysayers were right. But then we started working together on eating plans, helping each other think of new recipes to try, and finding even more resources to expand our cookbooks.

 

That’s when everything changed.

I’ve finally been able to get my numbers just where I want them. Make no mistake, it was not an easy start. However once I got over the “Keto Flu” I could feel the difference. In 3 months I dropped 35 pounds that I didn’t even know I had!
