1 k-cup coffee, or one cup regular brewed coffee (we use 12 oz)
1 tbsp MCT oil
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp salted butter
1/8 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp stevia extract*
Brew the coffee, and allow it to cool slightly*.
Add the coffee and all of the ingredients to a small blender cup, like a Nutri Ninja or Magic Bullet.
Blend until smooth and creamy, only a few seconds.
Carefully remove the blade cap.
*we use plnt brand stevia
**allow coffee to cool, as putting hot liquids into the blender can cause pressure to build and injury to occur.
