Fall Spice Coffee
1 k-cup coffee, or one cup regular brewed coffee (we use 12 oz)
1 tbsp MCT oil
4 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp salted butter
1/2 scoop (13g) chocolate protein powder*
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice extract**
1/8 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/8 tsp stevia extract***
Brew the coffee, and allow it to cool slightly****.
Add the coffee and all of the ingredients to a small blender cup, like a Nutri Ninja or Magic Bullet.
Blend until smooth and creamy, only a few seconds.
Carefully remove the blade cap.
*we us Eat the Bear Chocolate Grass Fed Whey Protein powder
**we use McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice liquid extract
***we use plnt brand stevia
****allow coffee to cool, as putting hot liquids into the blender can cause pressure to build and injury to occur.
